Good Work is not just a book - it’s a movement.

Most of us have been told that stress is the price of success. Good Work challenges that idea entirely.

Drawing on two decades of research and practice, Dr Kat Page shows that work itself - how it’s designed, led, and experienced - is either the cause of our suffering or the source of our thriving. The difference is in how we build it.

Inside you’ll find a practical, research-backed framework for transforming work from the inside out - whether you’re a leader shaping culture, or an individual reclaiming your energy and purpose.

"Good Work shifts the conversation from individual resilience to systemic design. This important new book is deeply grounded in research; leaders who take it seriously will be poised to build workplaces where people and companies thrive."

Hi! I'm Dr Kat Page.

I'm an organisational psychologist, author and leadership partner at ByMany.

For nearly two decades I’ve been researching one question: what would work look like if it was actually designed to be good for us?

Good Work is the answer - for anyone who’s ever suspected the problem isn’t them. It’s how work has been built.

In addition to my advisory and speaking work with ByMany, I hold an Adjunct Professor appointment at Swinburne University. My research has shaped mental health strategy at some of Australia's largest organisations and influenced global guidance from the WHO and ILO.
